Shipping & Delivery

Every watch we send is fully insured in transit, tracked end to end, and requires a signature on delivery. Nothing leaves us without cover.

How your watch is sent

• Fully insured for its full value for the whole journey.
• Tracked — you receive the tracking reference as soon as the parcel is collected.
• Signature required on delivery. We cannot authorise parcels to be left unattended.
• Discreet packaging with no branding indicating the contents.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared once payment has cleared in full and the watch has passed its final inspection. We will contact you with the dispatch date and tracking details; if anything is going to take longer than expected, we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Delivery address

For insurance reasons we ship to the billing address associated with the payment. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us before ordering so it can be arranged and covered properly.

International orders

We ship internationally. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you would like an estimate before ordering, ask and we will help you find out what applies.
