These terms govern purchases from Luxury Watchs Market. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. About us

2. Products

All watches sold are pre-owned unless a listing states otherwise. Every listing describes the specific watch we hold, photographed as it is. Pre-owned watches show varying degrees of wear; we describe condition honestly, including any replaced components or servicing we are aware of. Photographs are of the actual item, though colour may vary slightly between screens.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars by default, and in euros for visitors in Europe. Currency conversion is provided for guidance; the currency in which your payment is finally processed will be confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and the watch has passed its final inspection. If the watch is no longer available, or fails inspection, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Payment must clear in full before dispatch. We may carry out identity or anti-fraud checks on higher-value orders and may cancel and refund an order where those checks cannot be completed.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out on our shipping and delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Returns are handled under our returns and refunds policy.

8. Authenticity

Every watch is inspected and checked against its reference before listing. Our authenticity commitment is set out in the price and authenticity guarantee.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxury Watchs Market is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. (Confirm the governing jurisdiction and add your registered company details before launch.)

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies.
